想要長命百歲？美105歲阿嬤志工：不抱怨、勤走路 Feb 14th 2012, 14:48 〔國際中心╱綜合報導〕美國一名105歲的阿嬤級志工諾耶克（Dorrie Aber Noyek），雖然年歲已高但身體仍然相當健康硬朗。她日前分享年輕生活並表示：「當我還年輕時，因為家中沒車，每天都得走路，一走就是好幾公里」，38年來在醫院擔任志工的她也讓當地居民津津樂道。 (NOWnews今日新聞)
